THE BREATHWORK PROCESS
Guided by 21-year certified “breathwork facilitator” Jim Ellis (along with a number of support personnel), this healing modality is a modern personal growth technique that sees participants laying down and taking in deep, conscious, connected breaths in order to move into a deeper, heightened state of awareness. In this state – experienced over an hour time period – participants go direct into a higher state of consciousness and come to peace with anything keeping them from a direct connection with a true self: joyous, loving, peaceful and free.
